Adzooma Introduction

Adzooma’s mission is to make digital marketing accessible, cost-effective, and straightforward to all businesses, no matter what their size.

Integrated with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook, Adzooma allows you to manage and optimize your online advertising accounts in seconds via a suite of innovative tools and reports.

Let’s dig into the main features below:

The Opportunity Engine

The Opportunity Engine is the standout feature in Adzooma. It analyzes your account data 24/7. The moment Adzooma identifies a significant trend, it highlights opportunities for improvements to your account. You can apply 85% of Opportunities in a single click from within the Adzooma platform. You can queue up multiple changes and roll them out instantaneously.

The opportunities split into four categories:

  • Improve Performance
  • Reduce Wasted Spend
  • Best Practices
  • Account Structure

The Opportunity Engine saves you hours of work each week by making time-consuming optimizations fast and easy! At the same time, it improves account performance, reduces wasted spend, and increases campaign profitability.

Automation Rules

Adzooma’s automation rules save-time by eliminating tedious manual tasks. Forget continually logging in to check your stats, the endless tables of data, and unreliable developer scripts. By setting up a few simple rules Adzooma becomes your 24/7 automatic assistant. You can create automation rules to manage your campaigns, ads, and targeting. What I love about this feature is the control you have, you can set-up notifications when rules are triggered, you can choose to make the changes yourself, or you can let Adzooma do it for you.

For example, you can: automatically pause your campaigns when they reach your spend cap, get notified if your conversion rate significantly changes or reduce your bids on poor performing keywords to protect your budget.

When set-up correctly, this tool can save hours of manual work and protect you from overspending if issues go undetected.

Custom Reporting

Reporting is one of the single most significant time wasters for PPC managers and marketing managers. It’s a long and complicated process, and if you are anything like me, then it’s certainly not something you look forward to doing.

That’s the reason I love Adzooma’s custom reporting tool. This feature allows you to select the data you want and choose how it will be displayed. Graph, table, or chart the choice is yours.

Creating beautiful, user-friendly reports is as easy as dragging and dropping data into a template. You can also add your text, upload your images, and create white-label reports with your branding.

The whole thing takes just minutes to complete, giving you reports ready to export and send to your clients, or in-house teams. You will never have to scramble to produce a report again!

Adzooma Reporting Suite

Free Performance Report and Reporting Suite

One of the main factors in Adzooma’s fast growth and popularity are their free reporting tools. Each report is specially designed to give PPC managers and marketers insights over their account with real, actionable changes you can implement straight away. Adzooma says they plan to keep on adding to their free reporting suite. However, at the time of writing this review, it’s made of 6 reports, including:

Performance Report (Highly Recommended for Google Ads marketers). The performance report is Adzooma’s flagship free report, designed to give an overview of how your ad accounts are performing. It comes with a score /100 and an easy to scan breakdown of key account areas, suggesting changes you can action right away.

Funnel Performance Report. Track where users drop off, identify problem points, and see exactly how each stage of your funnel is reporting.

Device Report. Get a full breakdown of your campaign’s performance on each device, ready for pin-point accurate targeting.

Best & Worst Performers Report. Discover the best and worst campaigns, keywords, and ads that you’re running. Use this data to cut your losers and set up more winning combinations.

Cross Channel Report. This report allows you to analyze and compare your campaigns across both your Facebook and Google Ads, letting you find the best channels for each campaign.

KPI Trend Report. Track your KPI performance over time, identify your weaknesses, and the trends where you can profit.

It’s a very impressive offering and an excellent toolkit for any marketer to have in their arsenal. I would go as far as saying it is better than some of the paid platforms that I have reviewed. This reporting suite is completely free forever! That means a lifetime of actionable insights without paying a penny.

The only downside is that you do need to connect your Google Ads account to Adzooma to run the Performance Report and access the reporting suite. Connecting your account shouldn’t concern you too much, though since Adzooma is a Premier Google Partner and manages hundreds of millions in ad spend.

Just head over to Adzooma here and create a free account for full access to their reporting suite.

Adzooma Customer Reviews and Ratings

The history of Adzooma

Adzooma was a spin-out from an existing business. The founders (David Sharpe and Robert Wass) ran a small agency and wanted an easier way to manage their clients’ advertising campaigns at scale. After searching unsuccessfully for third-party solutions, they decided to develop their own.

Adzooma officially launched in 2015. Since then, they have developed partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. After receiving multiple 7-figure investments, Adzooma is one of the fastest-growing ad-tech companies in the UK. The Adzooma Head Office is in Nottingham, United Kingdom, and they employ around 90 staff made up of engineers, designers, Google Ads specialists, and marketers.

The important things to note: Adzooma’s software is designed and developed in-house. There is no reselling, and there are no white-labels. The technology they have created cannot be purchased anywhere else.

Summary

Adzooma is an excellent platform, and it is clear to see why their userbase and popularity is growing so fast. For small businesses and individuals, it provides a simple way to manage your online advertising. For PPC managers and agencies, it allows you to grow your clients without having to grow your team. Adzoomas time-saving tools, automation rules, one-click optimizations, and customizable reports allow you to spend less time on mundane tasks across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook and more time on strategy and strengthening client relationships.

Even if you’re not ready to pay for a PPC management tool, I highly recommend giving Adzoomas free performance report and reporting suite ago.

Lastly, I would like to mention Adzooma’s customer support team, who are awesome! One of the best I have ever worked with. They are highly responsive and take customer feedback seriously.
